Where do we deliver? Nationwide in the UK (England, Scotland and Wales) & Northen Irland!

ValahiaUK, the first factory of Romanian-specific dishes and semi-prepared foods in the UK, brings your favorite Romanian products closer to you. We do this so that you can enjoy the traditional Romanian taste and the freshness and quality of our products.

You can now take advantage of fast and secure courier delivery throughout the UK. Delivery is made through our partners: DPD, DHL, within 2 working days from the order processing date, and the order packaging method is of the highest standards, ensuring that the products are transported under optimal conditions.

How do I order? When will my order arrive ?

* Orders placed Monday – Saturday (until 11:30 AM) will be delivered on the next immediate day (~24 hours).

* Orders placed Monday – Saturday after 11:30 am delivery  48-hours window.

*Orders placed  Saturday after 12:00 AMSunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Prices for national delivery:

UK: orders between 1-39£ – delivery cost 7.5£;  

     orders between 40-59£ – delivery costs 5.5£; 

     orders over 60£ – free delivery!

* Minimum order 40£

* Orders over 78£ – Free delivery!  

* Orders for Northern Ireland & Inverness  must be placed from Monday to Wednesday to be delivered in the same week.

Questions about payment and orders:

We accept online payments via: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.

When you place an order on our website, the payment will be processed immediately. If this payment fails (you receive the message – Payment for order no. has failed), your order will not be processed.
If you encounter issues with your payment, please check and try the following:
⦁ Ensure that the billing address is correct,
⦁ Make sure you have filled in all the required fields,
⦁ Verify that you have authorized the transaction,
⦁ Check if you have sufficient funds on the card.

The discount code is applied in the cart in the section shown in the adjacent image.

If the promotional code has expired, it can no longer be used. Please keep an eye on our website and social media accounts, as we regularly post new offers available to both new and existing customers!

  • Answers to your issues:

Please take photos of the order as it arrived, including any packaging and close-ups of the damage. Email us at sales@valahiauk.com with the photos and your order number.

Although rare, it is occasionally possible for us to run out of stock of a particular product during order processing. In such cases, we will need to pack and ship your order without the item in question.

In such a situation, our customer support team will contact you to decide whether you would like a refund for the item or a replacement with a similar product.

If you tried to place an order online and are not sure if it was completed successfully, please wait up to 20 minutes and then check your email inbox for an order confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation email, contact our customer service team, who will be happy to assist you further.
